How do the Spotminders trackers work?

Every Spotminders tracker pairs with the Find My app on your iPhone. After pairing, you can follow your item's live position, ring it to locate it close by, or switch on Lost Mode. Should the item disappear, Apple devices in the area quietly and securely pass its location back to you.

Are Spotminders trackers compatible with Android?

 For now, Spotminders devices are built around Apple's Find My network. Support for Android is something we're looking into for the future.

Tracking accuracy is the same on both models — what changes is the look and how long the battery lasts:

  • The Tracking Card keeps our original stripped-back design.
  • The Tracking Card PRO is styled exactly like a credit card.

Each one measures just 1.8 mm thin, so it practically disappears inside your wallet. How does the Spotminders Tracking Card compare to the Apple AirTag?  Both work through Apple’s Find My network, yet they were built with different jobs in mind:

  • AirTag has a round body that fits keys or bags best.
  • Spotminders Tracking Card is flat and 1.8 mm thin, made to slide into a wallet or passport cover where a round AirTag simply won’t go.

When you want protection that stays slim and out of sight, Spotminders is the smarter pick. Details & Size Both Tracking Card models come in at1.8 mm thick, matching a standard credit card so they sit perfectly in any wallet slot.

Is the Tracking Card waterproof?

 It is — the IP67 rating means it keeps working even after 30 minutes under 3 feet of water.

Does the Tracking Card work with RFID-blocking wallets?

Yes. Our trackers run on Bluetooth and Apple’s Find My network instead of RFID, so an RFID-blocking wallet has no effect on how they perform.

Absolutely. The Spotminders Tracking Card goes far beyond your wallet — attach it to luggage, keys, phones, passports and plenty more.

How do I get my Spotminders tracker up and running?

The whole setup takes under a minute:

  1. Choose Items → Add Item → Other Supported Item.
  2. Bring the tracker close to your phone and follow the prompts on screen.

Can the tracker ring out loud? It can. Open the Find My app, pick your Spotminders device and hit Play Sound to pinpoint it right away.

Do Spotminders devices work anywhere in the world?

They do — every Spotminders tracker runs worldwide on Apple's global Find My network.

Does the Tracking Card need to be charged?

Yes. The Spotminders Tracking Card was built around wireless charging so recharging stays effortless — just rest it on any Qi-compatible charging pad whenever it needs a top-up.

An integrated LED indicator shifts color so you can follow the charging progress at a glance.Do Spotminders products run on coin batteries? No — and that is a deliberate choice. Every Spotminders tracker is fully rechargeable and eco-friendly, so there is no waste from disposable coin cells. That is how we look after your belongings and the planet at the same time.

Can I use any wireless charger with it?

Yes — the Spotminders Tracking Card works with Qi wireless charging, including MagSafe chargers and the majority of wireless charging pads.

For the steadiest, best-seated fit we suggest the Spotminders Wireless Charger — shaped specifically for the slim profile of the tracking card so alignment and charging stay consistent.

(Tip: keep the card off metal surfaces and avoid stacking other cards on top of it while it charges for the best results.)

Will I have to pay import duties?

On shipments sent outside the EU, Spotminders doesn't charge VAT, GST or import taxes.
 Should your order go above your country's duty limit, any import charges are yours to cover.
 Packages that are refused may have a small handling amount deducted from the refund.
When will I receive my order? Delivery windows change from country to country. Standard shipping normally arrives in 4–7 business days, according to your region.
